Fruit and water continues…
Yes, I ate at 12:30 am because I fell asleep. Didn’t much though. The headaches were starting, which is why I went to sleep until I woke up at 12:30 am.

Today is work day so I woke up at 5:30 am. I ate a apple on the way to work, need some food in my belly. I ate throughout the day. Hummus is nasty. After eating a little more food. I got full faster. The food was good enough for my body to allow me to workout without passing out. The workout wasn’t crazy, but good. I had no problems and felt very energetic. Let the pooping began again. During those water days, I didn’t have a bowel movement on the second and third water day because I didn’t eat anything. Dr. Mission’s is cleaning me out well 😉

Ate:
12:30 am 1 cup grapes
7 am Apple
10 am grapefruit
1 pm guacamole (avocado, tomato, green pepper, green olive, lime, cilantro) with cucumber; smoothie (pineapple juice, strawberries, banana, black berries)
6 pm 10 almonds
7 pm Dr. Mission’s and orange
