Melanin Moms on the Move

On day 12,  I was typing in the bed. I’m surprised it posted 😂 I was falling asleep, typing weird stuff. Guess I said bunk it, post 🤣🤣🤣 Well I did workout yesterday. Majority of my blog writing it done on my phone, therefore some things come out different. as far as the website goes I used my computer to transfer the material over.
Workout for Day 12

Today, wasn’t a average day so nothing was done right again. Had medical procedure. I didn’t eat until 5 pm. I did eat shrimp, chicken, broccoli, rice medium bowl from seasons of japan, but I only ate a quarter of it, not even half. I may eat a little more later depending on how I feel. Some special immunity tea. No exercise. I’ve been sleep majority of the day. I was able to get someone to get me a vegan chicken sandwich with ranch dressing, lettuce, and pickles. I only ate half with some fries. It was really good, my first vegan chicken from a food truck from LA called Vuture.
I’ll be doing my mid month check in with weight and measurements on 16th because I’m working on the 15th. This accountability journey has been amazing.
