Melanin Moms on the Move

I woke up at 6:30 am so I wasn’t starving until 9 am 🙄 but I was able to hold out until 11 am. Ky just keeps me so busy and occupied. This toddler is something else. I’m not allowed to be tired 🤣 today was cool. Actually feel pretty good.
Ate:
11 am Apple, strawberry/ peach/ almond milk smoothie
1:30 pm hand full of grapes
5:30 pm corn, chick peas, string beans, black beans
7 pm Dr. Mission’s and tangerine (my chase) 🤣🤣🤣
Workout:

Flutter kicks
Reverse crunch
Toe taps
Bicycle kicks
Plank rotation
