Today was a work day so I get up at 5:30 am. 7 am I was starving. I wasn’t going to make it to 11 am. Water wasn’t cutting it. Through out the day I felt like I had more energy than usual. I hit a few hungry moments, so I try to eat something on every hour. Other than pooping all day and being hungry, it went really well.
Ate:
9 am banana
11 am 2 cups pineapple, 2-3 cups of grapes
1 pm handful nuts (yup some nuts are consider the seed of fruits)
2-3 pm half grapefruit
4:30 pm smoothie (strawberries/ banana/ pineapple/ mango/ almond milk), bake beans (same as nuts it’s the seeds but from of pod and legumes family)
7 pm Dr. Mission’s, 1 tangerine (it’s like a chase because that stuff is nasty )
Workout: total 38 minutes, had to wear my waist trainer for my back like a back brace
10 minutes of jump rope

Side squat(lunge) x10 each leg
Side legs lifts x10 each leg
Reverse leg lift x10 each leg
Plank to downward dog(yoga) back to pushups position x15
Mountain climbers x20
Flutter kicks x20
