Had to do a follow up after procedure. Everything is good Got the babies and did some errands kept us busy, we sat down ate to support 520 tavern and 100 black men. Even try to get some greens, but some people are not good with communication as business owners so I didn’t get my greens but my mom made some we’ll eat hers. Not as much walking, but definitely on the go.

Ate:

12:30 pm fish and grits, fries, pink lemonade

4:30 pm Publix sushi crunchy ca roll

6 pm handful nuts
