Work day
Busy morning as always, we had more calls today than usual. When that happens the day flies by so quickly. I did eat and workout. I did grab something, therefore I made my workout more intense, plus being on my days off I don’t get to workout like I want to
Ate:
7 am x2 pop tarts cinnamon
1 pm salad romaine lettuce, tomato, green peppers, spinach, cucumbers, avocado, turkey bacon, honey mustard
5 pm Arby’s buffalo chicken sandwich, small fry, small sweet potato fry, x2 triple chocolate cookies
Workout:
4 sets
70lbs dead lift squats x12
70lbs straight leg left x12
Calf’s raises x20
Dumbbells shoulder press x12
Dumbbells flyers x12
45lbs Bench press x12
45lbs bent over rolls x12
20lbs skull crushers x12
5lbs side legs lefts x15
5lbs kick backs x15
Bridges x20
Resistance band abduction x20
5 lbs Single leg knee in chest and out
20 sec run in place- squat jacks x15- 20 sec run in place- squat jacks x15 is one set (then repeat)
