Melanin Moms on the Move

First 24 hour shift, busy work morning cleaning. By 10:30 am already had 5434 steps, that might be a lot when I wasn’t working out 🤷🏾‍♀️ I had to eat a handful of nuts, trying to get back use to intermittent fasting. It’s all about the discipline. Keeping my mind focused, I have a goal; but I will not torture myself. I will give into my cravings a little because I know; I won’t eat anything after 5 besides a orange and colon cleanse. There is no harm to eating what I want in moderation. Today, I stop at 4 pm because I wanted to run with the sun up in the sky. The last time, I ran in the dark; it was cold and burning my chest. In addition, I step in a damn hole almost broke my damn ankle 🤦🏾‍♀️ plus I have to dodge dog poop and we don’t have enough light outside. Sooooooo yeah, I’m just going to workout earlier 🤣 but eventful day I think. Miss my babies, but I’ll see them Sunday morning.
Ate:
9:30 am handful nuts
1 pm salad spinach, lettuce, cucumbers, tomato, green peppers, croutons, turkey bacon, French dressing, slice lemon pound cake 😋
6 pm silk protein chocolate soy milk
7 pm Dr. Mission’s and orange

2 miles run/ jog/ walk
4 sets
Squats x 25
Side legs lifts x 15
Standing kick backs x 15
Dumbbells bicep curls x 10
Dumbbells shoulder press x 10
Dumbbells bent over rolls x 10
Dumbbells triceps kick backs x 10
