The first day of accountability. I started intermittent fasting with a window of 11 am to 5 pm. Unfortunately, I didn’t eat until 2 pm because I was busy this morning. So I went from 2 pm to 7 pm.
But of course before you really start any diet you are to detox . I’m trying some brand new stuff, supporting black business. It’s call Dr. Mission’s Colon cleanser. I’m suppose to take it every night. It’s nasty oh goodness
So my measurements are:
Weight 206.6
Waist 43
Hips 47
Chest 38
Each thigh 29
Ate:
Water all day, I don’t keep up with how much, it’s the only liquid I’m drinking for the most part
2 pm 3 fried eggs and 3 strips of turkey bacon
6:30 pm 1 grapefruit and 1 tangerine
Dr. Mission’s colon cleanser
Workout:
3 sets
20 jumping jacks
20 high knees
10 jump squats
10 half burpes (instead of standing up, I stay on the floor)
20 squats
I feel okay not too bad not really hungry. A little tried, but overall I’m good. I am posting pictures lol. You can see I do have a flu-pa… that’s what y’all call it right
